My leadership philosophy

I lead by creating clarity where there is ambiguity-aligning teams, shaping strategy, and building the systems that allow great work to scale.

My focus is not just on what we design, but how teams come together to design it. I work across product, engineering, and ML to turn complex, emerging spaces-especially AI-into actionable direction that teams can execute against with confidence.

I believe AI is fundamentally changing the role of design. It is no longer about crafting static interfaces, but about defining behavior, systems, and trust over time. My role as a leader is to help teams navigate that shift-moving from feature thinking to system thinking, and from reactive UX to proactive, agentic experiences.

I create impact by connecting people, framing the right problems, and driving alignment early-so teams can move faster, make better decisions, and deliver meaningful outcomes at scale

Principles

1. Design the system, not just the surface

Great experiences do not come from isolated features-they come from cohesive systems. I push teams to think beyond individual touchpoints and design across journeys, platforms, and time.

2. Turn ambiguity into direction

In emerging spaces like AI, ambiguity is constant. My role is to synthesize complexity into clear priorities, align stakeholders, and create a path forward that teams can execute against.

3. Build alignment as a product

Alignment is not a byproduct-it is something you design. I invest in shared understanding across UX, PM, Engineering, and ML to ensure decisions are faster, clearer, and more durable.

4. Grow teams to think beyond execution

Strong teams do not just deliver-they shape strategy. I focus on developing designers who can lead conversations, influence direction, and operate at a systems level.
